Mini Project: Laser Cut Kirby Nameplate

The Kirby faceplate is quite a simple design, but one I designed myself in Fusion360, then created a toolpath for. After that, it was plasma cut, along with 2 very specially designed legs.

After cutting, the model was powder coated black. Originally I planned on using pink, but they ran out of that color so I went with black. Still looks goof. After powder coating, the legs were bent at a 90 degree angle and attached to the faceplate via pop rivet.

Overall, the design turned out well, but I really would've liked to use pink, but what can you do, eh?
